J.K. Rowling's 800-word prequel featuring James Potter and Sirius Black was sold at a charity auction for £25,000 early last week. It is reported that over 70,000 people visited Waterstones.com during the first 20 hours the prequel was released online.

Women vs. Men
CY: Mummy, why don't you give birth to another boy? So that aboy (my bro) won't be influenced too much by us girls. Haha! (We always said our bro looks girlish due to our influence which is not true. He's not girlish but we still love to tease him. :P)
JY: Yalor...hahaha!
Mummy: Aiyo... didn't you get my point of having 3 females and 2 males at home?? You see huh... (saying out loud) who agree that men should do all the household chores?
(CY, JY and Mummy's hands shot up except the 2 guys who sweat...)
Mummy: See?? Majority wins. We always win! *grins*

Rainy Days and Fast Food
It's been quite a wet week with pouring rain almost every evening or night. I've never really love rain because of the dullness it brings. Well, maybe not 'never' but I seldom like rainy days...except of course, I want to visit slumber land or that I'm feeling 'artistic' (sometimes I like to look at the irregular lines of water sliding down windows or the flashes of lightning across the sky, lighting up the whole dark horizon).
Anyway, after class on Monday (thanks to T1, we T2 have a better timetable XD), Sarah, Ju and I decided to go to Section 14. Our first stop is Public Bank since our main purpose is to accompany Sarah to the bank to pay her school fees. As expected, it was raining quite heavily. Due to this reason, Ju suggested we have our lunch somewhere nearby; by that, it means either MC D or Pizza Hut.
We were deeply engaged in conversation on fast food and other types of food when the corners of my eyes caught a familiar silhouette... It's Dr.Carmen.
We went over to the other side of the bank and greeted her. She was with her boyfriend. After a brief talk, we resume our seats.
S: Eh...Do you think she heard us talking about fast food huh? Haha!
J: No kua... She's on the other side of the bank...so far...
(Sarah left her seat and headed towards the counter)
Ju: Eh...Imagine we were in MC D and we were just about to bite a burger when Dr.Carmen pass by and saw us.
(She moved her hands as if she was holding an invisible burger. The imaginary burger stopped before entering her mouth. The face was of shocking expression... like the picture below...)
Both of us laughed out loud. Thats Ju...Always funny and dramatic! XD
