Real or Hoax?

My friend sent me this e-mail and I've decided to check on it's credibility since I'm an active facebook user. As I expected, the possibility that this e-mail's a HOAX is high. Yes. I think it's another HOAX just like the previous hotmail chain letter which I refused to send, knowing it couldn't be true ( and my hotmail account has not been deleted after years of deleting that e-mail. XD)

I google search the name "Mark Zuckerbe" and found some pretty interesting answers from other facebook users to prove that this e-mail is just a HOAX. I couldn't agree more with the following answers I got from Yahoo!Answers:

First off, if it was real, they would send it themselves to everyone from FACEBOOK, and not someone claiming to be the creator of Facebook. Second, they misspelled the guy's name. The ACTUAL creator of Facebook is named Mark Zuckerberg, not Mark Zuckerbe. I highly doubt he would misspell his own name! Also, there are typos all over the place. They used the wrong form of "you're" in the last sentence. They said your, when it's actually correct to say, you're, plus numerous other errors all over. I don't think an official message would have that many typos! Also, it's VERY apparent when someone isn't using their facebook, and no one goes over these by hand. There are way too many accounts for that. A computer does it automatically. A computer records every login and logout and time online, not to mention EVERY action you make on facebook, so sending a message regardless of what it says is the same as doing any other action on facebook. No one is reading your messages. There is actually protocol that after a certain amount of inactive time (I believe one year) your account will automatically be deleted. Also, facebook is one of the single most popular (and thus well-funded) websites in the entire world. They have no problems getting server space. Hope this clears that up!

Another useful points worth of considering:
1. Would facebook clear its users when one of the main factors of its revenue would be the number of users? As an entrepreneur, facebook would never delete a profile of a person (I would presume), with a belief that he/she may wish to restore its activity (who may have interrupted the activity of his/her activity due to different, reasonable excuses: vacation to an inhabited island :), some reason which would cause temporary inability to use computer or internet, like illness, abstention from using social networks because it distracts your schedule too much, and even ones who would try to stop using just to see whether their profile would be removed.). Would Facebook unjustly violate the hopes of these people, who, returning after their journey, or discharged from the hospital, find, or better, will not find their profiles at their habitual place. Would Facebook risk to damage its image, its pocket, referring only to a repletion of its servers?

2. Wouldn't facebook use more trustworthy mean of communication on such an IMPORTANT matter, like sending message to users' Inbox directly by the Company and not using a chain letter system (I'm not IT specialist, but relying on my general knowledge I can assume this is possible)? They should know that any user's reasonable mind would find such content suspicious and would be in a state of hesitation, so they would use other, more appropriate and more reliable mean to deliver this kind of notification.

3. Social networks have, as one of their misisons, an aim to spread by attracting more users. How can they justify a slowdown of its functioning by overcrowding when overcrowding IS their entreprenual purpose. This construction of sentence looks more like an anti-commercial or a way of backbiting by its competitor/s.

Also, would Facebook use such the unprofessional grammatical structure with obvious punctuation marks missing, and sign at the end as "Creator of Facebook" which for many may sound a little haughty?

Answering these questions would push you to a more confident side, which would suggest that the message is a spam. But you take the final decision...

Obviously, it's a HOAX, isn't it? So Please...check out on an e-mail's credibility before forwarding it, okay? Don't give unnecessary false alarms. It's really just a waste of time and energy.

That's the first thing the staffs in "Antique" would say to their customers.

I've been very much into Japanese dramas, anime and manga lately. It must be due to the fact that I'm attending Japanese classes this semester. Taihen desu ne!! Well, actually it's an elective. I can either take Japanese or Chinese. After much consideration, I've decided to take Chinese BUT attend both Chinese and Japanese classes. Say, it's not an easy task. My schedule seems to be fully packed with Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian Literature classes. I'm probably the only one who goes for all three classes. Yeah...call me "gatal".

Seriously, I'm not sure if I can juggle through all three subjects but I'll surely try my very best! It's a challenge! yeah! Gambate ne!!

Almost forgot to thank Irene sensei! Arigato gozaimashita!

I'm getting really interested in Japanese (although we're learning at a very fast pace. *pants*). And what's more, the mangas (thanks 'yibun' for recommending Ouran), animes and dramas make it more interesting than it is now.

I just finish watching a very nice Japanese drama- "Antique" アンテイク. It is a story evolving around 3...no, 4 handsome but silly and funny men working in a patisserie-the Antique. I like the decoration of Antique, which is quite westernize. However.....I Love the cakes more!! LOL!! >.< I would like to make those cakes too..erm..if i know how.. XD

Ahem! Sorry for the 'abnormal behaviour'. So...where am I? oh yeah...Antique is a heart-warming story about what happened to the staffs and customers of Antique. It seems that everyone has their own past and secrets. Slowly, the pasts are divulged and all of them, as one good 'family' (well, they look like a family although they are just colleagues), one by one their problems are solved. They are tested on their friendship, patience and so on...

The 3 main characters.

Left- Keisuke (or Keiichirō) Tachibana. The owner of Antique who was kidnapped when he was 9 years old. Opened Antique although he doesn't like cakes. All he remembers is that his kidnappers always bought him yummy cakes. Although superior in Antique, he's constantly bullied by his workers. XD *and he always has exaggerated reactions. lol!*

Middle- Eiji Kanda. A former boxing player who has a sweet tooth. He's also blunt in personality. He joined Antique after being forced to withdraw from the sports he likes most. *erm...he actually forced the patissier of Antique to teach him bake cakes without even paying the slightest attention to the boss XD*. He is an orphan who couldn't remember much about his parents. His parents, died when he was still small, were famous patissiers. After his arrival to Antique, the patisserie becomes more lively. although he's the one who bullies the boss the most! Poor boss!!

Right- Yusuke Ono. The genius patissier who is capable of attracting customers to Antique with his yummy, yummy, yummy, cakes! (including Eiji). Although fully-skilled in making cakes, he's incapable of dealing with women (due to his past). Always mistaken as a gay. *there's a reason to this*. Also capable of making his boss obey him. *poor,poor boss!*

Behind (wearing glasses) - Chikage Kobayakawa. Keisuke's childhood friend (also sort of servant). He's being trained as a waiter at Antique after Eiji. However, he is very klutzy.

And last but not least....The CAKES!!! Kudos to the genius pattisier!!
I only manage to find these pictures...They are many more nicer looking cakes in the drama...

Created after a sick girl who has an ambition to be a patissier died. It has become a permanent cake in Antique since.

To The Beach

Finally get to go to the beach!! I've been waiting for the day to the beach since the exam week. haha! Sorry roommate, I went without you since it was a sudden plan by my parents. We went to the beach which are very very familiar to us. It was one of the destinations I visited most (after Genting Highland, which remains at the top of my "the place I visited most" list) -- Desaru.

We always went to Desaru when my dad would borrow tents from his school. I still remembered how the tents are usually 'holey'. Imagine how it's like when it rains... >_<

Kulai has made it again... After the 'sekolah bakar' news which had so successfully made it into the headlines of many of national news, hear comes another heart breaking news. Mummy told me this news before the end of the exam. It has been a week and I still couldn't help but sympathize the 16-year-old-girl, Lai Ying Sin (赖映兴） who was murdered. And one of the suspect is only 16-year-old student! And what's more? She is from my former Form 6 school. Sigh...What has become of Kulai?

Everyday when I turn on the TV to watch news or browse through the newspaper, there'll be news on her. Today is the day of her funeral service. It is held in Hainan Association funeral parlour; another familiar place... Poor girl. I just hope her family will get over the grief soon.

May she rest in peace...

“Jie jie (sister), dont worry and go in peace. May you be happy and have no sorrows in the afterworld. We will still be best friends.”

Those were the grieving words uttered in between sobs by Lee Sher Lin and Chin Hui Ni, both 16, in the eulogy during the funeral service for their best friend Lai Ying Xin, 16, who was kidnapped and murdered on Sept 11.

Both girls could not stop crying as they continued with the eulogy in Mandarin, telling Ying Xin to be strong and promised to take good care of her mother Chia Siew Phen, 45, and her niece.

Their action triggered an emotional outbreak as about 200 family members, friends and teachers who came to pay their last respects also started crying during the funeral service held at Hainan Association funeral parlour here this morning.

The atmosphere was so somber that even some of the 17 strong-hearted members of the Kulai Brass Band, who were used to playing at funeral services, were overcome by emotion and tears as they were playing their instruments.
As if nature itself was overcome by the gloom surrounding the ill-fated remains of Ying Xin, it started raining since the crack of dawn and only eased at about 9.45am to create a more comfortable environment for the funeral service to proceed.

“It was really a shock for us as we have always kept in touch with each other. We are very sad with her departure,” said Phang Hai Dong, who was Ying Xin's Chinese traditional Yoyo (Che Ling) instructor.

Phang who regarded Ying Xin as a brilliant girl who always outshone her friends, said she had always made it a point to come to the Chinese Yoyo Association at Minyi Sports Centre to teach the young children, the art of playing yoyo.

“Whenever she had free time, she would come to the association and teach 12-year-old children to play yoyo,” he said.

Ying Xins friends from Sekolah Menengah Sultan Ibrahim of Kulai were seen hugging and consoling each other after paying their last respects.

As for Ying Xin’s mother, she appeared calm throughout the proceedings, thanking guests for attending her daughter’s funeral service.

However when the casket left the parlour, she could not hold back her tears which had started to roll down her cheeks once more, showing her undying motherly love to her daughter.

The procession left the parlour at about 10.45am for the Perpetual Memorial Park located about 8km and remains were cremated at about 11.30am.

Prior to her gruesome murder, Ying Xin, a Form Four student of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultan Ibrahim, Kulai, was believed to have been kidnapped outside a hypermarket where she worked as a part-time salesgirl, for ransom.

However, despite the family paying a ransom of RM33,000, she was murdered and her partially-burnt body was found dumped in some bushes in Taman Putri.

Police subsequently detained four men aged between 16 and 22 to help facilitate investigations.

某天 ~ 黃淙暐的老師 ~在課堂上出習題 ~
作文名稱：我的家庭

　我出生在一個非常貧苦的家庭，記得小時候，爸爸的生活很無聊，整天只能數錢，媽媽也是，整天都在掃錢。

我家住在深山中，每次要出去買東西，都相當麻煩，開保時捷要 5 小時，開賓士也要4 小時；雖然家裡有直昇機，但是開到那邊很難找到停機位，相當的不方便。

我偶爾也會出去逛街，爸媽怕我被綁架，隨身有 20 多個保鑣保護著，大家看到我都嚇跑了，所以我從小就開始被排斥...... 因為家裡是在深山，每次到了冬天都非常冷，爸爸也說，出去買東西很麻煩，所以冬天沒有暖爐 ...沒有棉被 ...每天只能陪著爸媽燒錢取暖 ... 而睡覺的時候，也只能蓋著錢睡覺 (我覺得英鎊比較溫暖) 。


　記得小時候，有一次，因為房間太大，還來不及跑出房間，就尿褲子了。所以，爸爸在我房間放了一台小綿羊機車，好讓我能在 10分鐘以內，衝出 1000 坪的房間，穿越 5公里的走廊，到達 800 坪的廁所 (我常常在走廊迷路 ) 。

　爸爸又另外叫人加蓋了 20間 600坪裡面有著250 坪小廁所的破房間。爸爸說：以後如果尿濕了，直接換房間，如果房間不夠或是太小的話，再告訴爸爸，爸爸再叫人來多蓋幾間，我們的生活很辛苦，你要忍著點！！

現在想起來，爸爸真是個善良的人！！

　還記得有一次，家裡遭小偷，因為他用炸藥炸壞了我爸的保險箱，使得裡面的金幣不斷的往外滾出來，結果竟把那個小偷壓死了 ......我覺得那個小偷好可憐 ......
金幣壓死人是很痛的!! 他不像之前那個被鈔票悶死的小偷一樣幸運。

媽媽也常常告訴我，我們家生活非常困苦～要我學著吃苦～
　所以我從小養成了刻苦耐勞精神，我將來的志願，是要找 200 隻會吃錢的怪物，好把家裡的錢都吃光，為那些可憐的小偷報仇！！
